The St. Barth vacation home is located just above the Christopher Hotel in Pointe Milou and, unsurprisingly, benefits from mesmerizing views of the ocean and of the sunsets, seen from vantage points all around the house.
Arriving to Villa Only View, you ascend a few steps to enter the property. On that main level, you will find the heated swimming pool, the living area, and three of the bedrooms. The generous main living area includes a seating arrangement, an entertainment center, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen that is well appointed and has a breakfast bar, as well as sea views, despite being behind the living room. Outdoors, there are several sitting and lounging areas around the pool.
With its generously sized rooms and convenient layout, Villa Only View is well suited to families with children, but it also works for groups of friends traveling together. And of course, the Sibarth concierge can customize an experience for any sort of group.
The bedrooms on the main floor are accessed from the central living area. Two have ocean views, and the third, set back in the rear, has a garden view. Please note that the toilet of the third bedroom is independent and situated next to the shower room with a separate entrance. The fourth bedroom is down one flight of stairs, at street level, and accessed from the outdoor stairway. It has more limited views.
All of the bedrooms have European king-size beds, plentiful closet space, well-connected televisions, direct access to the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa, and ensuite bathrooms with showers.
