The living area and large kitchen are laid out according to an open plan. A dining table and breakfast bar add utility to the space. This area has floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the view, and these can also be opened to let the sea breezes drift in. Alternatively, everything can be closed and air-conditioned.
In front of the living room is the terrace, which has the pool, the jacuzzi, and sun loungers. The covered section of the terrace has a sitting area and a dining table. A separate gazebo offers another space for relaxation or conviviality.
Two of the bedrooms are on the main level, with the living spaces. One is accessible from the living room and outside, and it has a king-size bed. The other is reached from outside and has twin beds that can be converted to a king. Both of these rooms have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs.
The third bedroom is downstairs and has an ensuite bathroom and a covered outdoor shower. The fitness room is next to this bedroom and comes with a good array of workout equipment.
